Role # 1 Dancers
Seeking 47 talent(s) for this role Dancers who can sing for "WiCKED, Universal Monsters Live Rock And Roll Show" and a variety of seasonal, special and atmosphere shows. Performers who are called back from the dance audition should be prepared to sing for the audition panel. Please bring and be familiar with the sheet music provided. Also, please bring the sheet music for two contrasting songs of your choice in a suitable key for your voice. All Performers must: be 18 years of age at the time of the audition; arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled audition time in order to complete registration forms; bring a non-returnable current headshot and resume (please do not staple them together); are not required to provide any additional photos, certificates or letters of recommendation, these items will not be accepted at the audition; have a valid passport or the ability to obtain one in a timely manner; and, be willing to relocate to Osaka, Japan for up to 13 months (contract lengths vary depending on role). Performers who are called back from the singing audition should be prepared to move. Please bring and be familiar with the music provided. Also, please bring the sheet music for two contrasting songs of your choice in a suitable key for your voice. Make sure you have chosen the best 16 bars in the event you are asked to sing your own song. An accompanist will be provided. Backing tracks are not accepted. Singers should bring appropriate clothing, which will allow them to learn and perform a simple modern jazz style movement combination. Seeking 47 talent(s) for this role Actors for "Peter Pans' Neverland" and a variety of seasonal, special and atmosphere shows. Singing and dancing abilities are a plus. If offered an audition, actors will be asked to perform one of three monologues provided. Actors are also asked to prepare a monologue of their choice which may be requested pending call back. Called back actors will also be asked to participate in an improvisational exercise and will be required to learn a simple modern jazz style movement combination. Interested candidates will be required to perform an agility test at the audition which will include running, jumping, basic tumbling and pull-ups, 8-10 for women, 10-12 for men. Limited dance ability is a plus. Performers must be willing to work outdoors and may be asked to learn Japanese lines/phrases in character, depending on role. Seeking 11 talent(s) for this role Jet Skiers and Water Skiers/Jumpers of good physical strength and high athletic ability for "T2"; "3D, Water World" and "Peter Pans' Neverland". Performers wanting to be considered for a jetski role in Water World (Mariner, smoker #5 & #8) will also be required to partake in a standing jet ski (for Mariner) and/or seated jetski (for other roles) audition depending on the role. We must be provided with a DVD, web link or file of your jetski skills, and water ski and high fall skills, if you have them, by the day of the audition.
